Founded in 1918, Kanbai Shuzo has been making sake in Miyagi for more than a century. Best known for its Miyakanbai label, the brewery is closely involved in both rice growing and sake making. A visit reveals how Miyagi’s land, rice, and craftsmanship come together in each bottle.
